In our first project, we asked 10 male Swiss CEOs to answer questions that are usually asked to women. When humor is the best way to convey a message.
The four entrepreneurs Claire Garwacki, Nathalie Agosti, Sophie Winkler-Payot and Philippe Weibel joint forces to create this lighthearted video about unconcious bias at work with the goal to create awareness in Switzerland and beyond.
All questions are based on REAL situations collected by Claire Garwacki, the initiator of "In her chair". As a recruiter and founder of Bellevue Executive Search she has collected them in over 2000 interviews.
